How do you arrange sending a coin? Does the contest winner usually pay shipping, or does the contest starter?

 I would think the winner would have to pay postage, handling, shipping, insurances, wrapping paper fees, taping of the package fees, gas money to take to a post office, wear and tear on thier car fees. Otherewise it's free. LOL
