What would you guys grade this Walker?

IT might have a cud and cracked planchet. The Obverse above liberties head has a a spot of raised metal. Probably a cud. IF you turn the coin directly over the crack is right there that goes right thru the F in Half.

It is kind of hard to explain, but easy to tell by looking at the crack. A true crack will have no signs of being done with scissors or snippers. It is kind of like being able to spot a true clipped planchet. Once you know what to look for, you can spot the ones made by someone easily.

Im looking at it now and it couldnt have been done with scissors or snippers becasue the crack goes right thru the reeded edge of the coin right to the obverse

If it were me, I would send this coin off to Anacs and have it graded and slabbed, noting the planchet crack. It will add enough value to warrant the expense.

SO if it is a planchet crack it will add value to the coin?
