unknown foreign coin

I have a coin that says one penny 1921. On the other side it reads "GEORGIVS DEI GRA:BRITT:OMN:REX FID:DEF:IND:IMP". I have attempted to translate it in most languages but having no luck. Can anyone help identify and appraise this coin. It is about 1 1/4 inch diameter. I've had it a long time but cannot recall where it came from. Please reply to scouthelms@cox.net
