Unable to See Photo's When Previewed

   Having a problem seeing photo's I have copied to message board when previewed. 

Also when I do get a picture previewed the width of the message board is different than the preview window. What I have placed side by side becomes stacked.  How can one preview what gets sent to the message board. I have reduced the picture size but at the expense of being able to read measurement values.
