Rotterdam is one of the largest ports in europe and is located in the Netherlands.
"Oppert" means "suggests" in Dutch, but it is also a name. Since it's "Oppert 21" I would guess it's an address, but I don't know.I tried to search the phone directory for "Oppert 21, Rotterdam" and the address exists, but I don't know dutch so I can't tell anything about it. It's not german at least. And I don't think it's a bus token. Bus tokens never have a fixed address on them unless there are something more on the other side of the coin. |
