When considering coins that may be of value and have been dug, using a metal detector - how does one go about not damaging it. I've heard that the coin should not be cleaned - what exactly does this mean? Should the coin still be wiped down with simple soap and water to remove the soil etc that is on it? Any help would be wonderful. :-) |
