My grandfather collected a little bit - nothing overly serious - just unusual coins pulled from circulation. I wish he saved SLQ's from the 1920's !!

I put together a decent collection of these beautiful coins - but sold off most to devote more time [ and money ] to my Barbers.

Here's the one I used to own...sorry to see it go...

nice that was the only American piece he had uncirculated. He also had a 1812 Farthing from Great Britain. I have no Idea of its value.

I Have one of those in near minty fresh condition from 1930.They're cool...Rare, too.
