Im not sure which one that is , i often get those with various Ebay purchases as a free gift , its a novelty item and im sure it says as much somewhere on the note.

There's a novelty item that LOOKS like a $1M bill, but the largest denomination of REAL money currently printed in the U.S. is $100. Any U.S. $1,000,000 bills you see are worth about as much as the paper they're printed on. The highest denomination that has been printed was a $100,000.00 bill. It was only printed from late 1934 to early 1935 and was only used to transfer money between government departments. It was never intended for circulation.

Million Dollar Bill is a song performed by American recording artist Whitney Houston and from her seventh studio. It was released as the official worldwide lead and only single (second US single) from the album on August 18, 2009 through Arista Recordsin the US and August 24, 2009 through RCA Records in the UK.

I have a 100 trillion dollar bill, but it's from Zimbabwe.  I think they will be printing them here soon enough.
