If the new coin collector can only have 3 books, what should they be (and an optional why)? This can be one of the three above or a fourth book. What is a book that you have kept going back to over and over through you years of collecting?

Any other opinions on good books? I inherited a TON of coins from my father, a lot of which are old(er) US coins but most are foreign - around 40 countries worth. They are sitting in cigar boxes and I'd like to go through them, so I'm assuming I'll have to invest in a couple general books but have to go to the library for books on all the foreign countries... Is there a good coin book series/brand that anyone can recommend?
Thanks! |
