I just bought this from ebay, the front of the coin along the rim the shinny silver looks like it is chipping away.  I weighed it and it looks like the right weight, but I'm really concerned about the pretty silver color getting chipped away to a dull gray underneath.  Is it real?  Has anyone seen this before?  Thanks

Ryan

Looks real to me, but I can't tell too much from the photo. If you checked the weight, and it is the same...it is most likely real. Was the person you bought it from highly rated?

Looks real, the Morgan is toning. It's best to not clean coins like this, it damages the surface.
