Hi all,
I'm new to the community here. I've recently rediscovered my passion for collecting coins (mainly gold or silver based US coins), and I'm trying to find some ways to get my collection started again without digging into the coffers I know that there are lots of offers out there for coins (I came across one in the Red Book a couple years ago that was giving away free Silver Dollars for a limited time). Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks in advance, sucemd

make a serious attempt to pull nice coins out of circulation. sure you cant get anything superrare or expensive but then again, that could be a good thing! it'll teach you how to grade as you pursue upgrades, etc.

Thanks for the reply! The best things I've found in circulations are wheat pennies and (very rarely) a half dollar. Maybe I should make the rounds at some local banks and see what they have :D
