Site Courtesy/Respect/Negativity
This rule is directed to those who visit and its sister site. To start trouble, stir the pot, so to speak. Those who make Topics/Messages for the sole purpose of disrupting the normal flow of respectful conversation. Treat the site as you would treat any other "house" you've been invited to. Show courtesy and respect for it's property and it's inhabitants. Criticism of a constructive nature is encouraged. However postings which denigrate and bash those whether, suppliers or a single person will not be tolerated and will be deleted.
Additionally any posts which are not helpful, constructive and positive in nature will be edited, no questions asked!

Flaming, Bashing, and Trolling
Hate posts and personal attacks will not be tolerated on the Coin Forums. Treat others on these message boards as you would expect them to treat you. "Talking trash" about another user will not be tolerated, as is posting topics/messages specifically to provoke a negative response from someone (aka trolling).

Profanity/Foul Language
There will be no offensive language allowed on forums. This includes any coded or partially written bad language (Censor Bypassing). If you are unsure whether or not your language is offensive, a simple rule to follow is: "when in doubt, leave it out." Posts with profanity in them will be deleted on the spot without warning and without hesitation.

Purposely spamming a message board with senseless, vacuous, or empty messages (1 word comments, single or numerous Emoticons) to increase your post count is highly frowned upon. This includes such things as two-word "I agree" or "me too" responses, continually posting the same topic on a particular board, and posting the same question across several boards.

Disruptive Posting
Posting messages in all bold, all color or all CAPS is hard on the eyes. Do not abuse the bold, color and caps features. For the most part, just use bold, color and caps for emphasis. Posting long strings of Emoticons is prohibited, as is posting long strings of text or characters that stretch the screen to the right so people have to scroll across to read it is prohibited. In addition writing in a Font Size too small for someone to read is prohibited as this is disruptive and open to abuse. If in doubt, post in normal size.

Flooding a topic/topics with a string of your messages is also considered Disruptive Posting. Do not Flood/Spam for the sole purpose of raising your post count.

Off Topic
Going off topic is also considered disruptive, when you post a reply keep your responses pertaining to what material or conversation the topic is about. Don't post non relevant messages ... stay on topic.

Impersonating Other Users/Accessing Another User's Account
You may not impersonate another board member or create an account specifically for the purpose of provoking other users. Impersonating a Moderator or a mod edit is strictly prohibited. Also, accessing or using someone else's account or attempting to access another poster's account is strictly prohibited.

Questionable Content
These are public boards, so act like you would if you were in a public place. Some questionable issues are left to the discretion of the individual Moderators, but may include any material that is knowingly false and/or defamatory, misleading, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, racist, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, sexual preference insults, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy or beliefs, that otherwise violates any law, or that encourages conduct constituting a criminal offense, and any other issue/s that may require Moderator discretion. Postings will be deleted, no questions asked.

Remember that all Rules extend to all areas of the Coin Forums, including but not limited to Private Messages, Avatars, Signatures, Locations.

Thank you,
Coin Forum Staff
