What you have is probably an dime missing a clad layer. Like others said the higher the grade, the higher the value |

I found one of these dimes recently but with both sides of the plating gone. If your reverse has sharp well defined details then the plating was probably gone before it was struck. But if the details are very fuzzy then the plating separated after the dime was struck. On the one I found the details on the obverse and reverse are fuzzy indicating that there was a problem after the dime was struck.
