Hi Cheryl,
I would take the picture's, load them onto your computer. Go to Photobucket create a account. Upload them to your account. Click on the picture's and resize them for message boards. Right click on the IMG bar at the bottom right and copy. Then paste your img in your post. Some one else here may have a better way but this is how I do it.
