This little Buffalo is just beginning to turn a beautiful golden color, with some reds and blues added for flavor.
Absolutely stunning.
This coin was pried out of an old album this morning. The edge has some corosion beginning to appear.
I hate to dip this coin, but the green spots on the edge will corrode the coin.
So I wanted to post a pre-dipped picture.

Your right, I also love coins that are just showing signs of toning.
How about posting a post dip pic as well. |

This one would scare you. I paid $21.00 Full MS-63 bid. I still love the color and this one is relatively sharp

I'm just starting to collect Buffalos. My interest was peaked by the new gold Buffalos that just came out. BTW does anyone know what size Air Tite would fit the new gold Buffalo? I hate to keep them in the mint's plastic shrink-wrap.

He probably means it is an album coin and what ever album it is in is causing it to tone gold. in albums the toning starts at the rims and works its way toward the center.
