IT LOOKS TOO ROUGH.  LOTS OF BILLS HAVE VERY SLIGHT CENTERFOLDS.  BUT LOOK AT HOW WORN IT IS THRU THE CENTER.  THE NOTE HAS A WASHED OUT SORT OF LOOK.    I DONT COLLECT STAR NOTES.   THE STAR NOTES GO FOR TOO MUCH MONEY.   THIS STAR NOTE WOULD BE WORTH A NICE PRICE IN A LOT BETTER CONDITION.  IVE SEEN NOTES THAT HAVE A CENTERFOLD BUT STILL LOOK A LOT CRISPER THAN THIS.

This note is used, folded, and in rough shape.  I have a few of them.  Remember, everyone tries to buy the best note they can get.  I don't see anyone paying more than $75 for this note in the condition presented.  If they pay more, it is because they want such a note in their collection and their funds are limited.  Just being honest here.
