1991 bad ment mark. Never Seen a cent like this. Please reply. This might be a one of a kind.

There is no mint mark on the coin in the photo. If what you are refering to is located at Lincoln's shoulder that would be caused by the zinc breaking down inside of the coin resulting in the damaged copper plating. I have heard this refered to as zinc rot.
