1990 D Dime Error

   Hello,Friends..I was going through a roll of pennies from the bank (Plastic rolls).And out rolls
a DIME. Its in MINT CONDITION. Only its completely Mattalic Grey Color even the Gridders
running on the sides.
Is this a US MINT ERROR?
Has anyone else found Dimes like this of 1990?
