1988 $1 Misprint

Good day,
I was hoping you fine folks would be so kind to offer your opinion on this bill.  The back is fine, but it appears the paper shifted when the black plate was printing on the front.  It has a couple of small spots on the front, but overall is in what I would consider fine condition, still crisp, no folds.

	It's a misalignment error that also resulted in the third printing (seal and serial numbers) being misaligned. Due to the stain and the amount of handling it has sustained, it's worth roughly $30.
