I was looking though my change from the grocery store, and I came across this 1964 penny with a lot of cud errors, at least I think there cud errors...  what would it be worth? here is a picture:

To me, this appears to be a lamination error, but I could be wrong. I am not an expert in error coins. If it is a lamination error, it would be worth about $15, but maybe even more since it has a full date.

 Your right it's not a mint error but I don't think it's glue either. Could be almost anything but for sure not a mint error.
