1924-D With Die Dent Mint Error on Reverse side

Although brown, it still appears to have some original luster.

To me it seems like it's between a VF-30 and EF-40.

Any opinions on the grade?

Does anyone know how much the die dent would increase the value?

That will depend greatly on the grade of the coin.  But this does not appear to be an extremely well known error so it may not have the highest market value.

What year and mint is your penny?
