1851-P quarter selling for way more than price gui

   Are there any known varieties or error coins for this date and mint?
I saw an auction on HA where one sold in XF45 (recently fall 2011) for 1,495 when the PCGS price guide is 210.00 - any ideas why? I cant figure it out thanks!
